Playa Venao Surf Lesson

Playa Venao is the perfect place to learn how to surf in Panama. This two mile long horseshoe bay has a sandy bottom and consistent waves peeling across the bay. Locals are friendly in this small town that has hotels, restaurants, bars and some shops.

Your one hour and fifteen minutes Playa Venao Surf Lesson includes an instructor which will evaluate your surfing skills. It does not matter your age or experience. The first fifteen minutes are theoretical and then it is an hour of practice. For beginners, surfing will be done in the foam on the left side of Playa Venao where the waves are smaller. You will learn how to stand on a board and then you will swim with your board and an instructor to catch clean waves before they break.

Private lessons are for one person, and semi-private lessons are for two. Group lessons are offered when one person joins the class and are available daily.
